AI Integration

Put AI to work across your company

We help your team understand what AI can and cannot do, then build it into company wide workflows so you get more out of the people, data and tools you already have.

Nick has real, hands-on experience using AI to streamline workflows across every business function, from engineering and project management to sales, finance and operations.

Companies that are building AI into their daily work are already moving faster and getting more from the same team. Every month without a plan widens that gap with your competitors.

  • Plain language AI training for leaders and staff
  • Finding the workflows where AI saves real hours
  • Setting up tools around your existing documents and systems
  • Guidelines for using AI safely and consistently
SOP Development

Standard operating procedures people follow

Clear, written procedures that capture how your best people do the work, so quality holds steady as you grow, hire and train.

  • Documenting engineering, project and shop processes
  • Turning tribal knowledge into written standards
  • Checklists, forms and approval steps
  • Rollout and training so procedures stick

Nick TokarCEO & President

Nick is a trained engineer who builds client trust through absolute operational transparency.

He began his career consulting for Caterpillar and John Deere, developing a deep expertise in rigorous design and documentation standards where there is zero room for guesswork.

Following his time in consulting, Nick joined an OEM wastewater heavy equipment supplier to oversee divisional engineering, project management, and technical writing. In this leadership role, he directed fabrication, assembly, construction scheduling, and the complete management of complex field installations from start to finish. His track record of sound judgment and senior project coordination led to a rapid progression into corporate engineering leadership.

Having grown up in a small town, Nick anchors his current business decisions in straightforward principles: do what you said you would do, charge a fair price, and provide straightforward facts.

Because of this background, Nick's clients receive an exact scope and transparent pricing up front. His leadership approach, honed through high school and college athletics, is centered on proactive communication. If a project hurdle arises, clients hear from Nick first, along with a clear solution. His ultimate objective with every client is to ensure the delivered project provides undeniable, measurable value.

Our word

What candor means on your project

Plenty of firms say they value honesty. These are the specific things you can hold us to.

You hear it early

If a design has a problem, a schedule is slipping, or a scope is growing, you hear it from us before you find it yourself.

We quote what it will cost

Clear scope, a clear price and a clear date. If something changes, we tell you why and what it means before we proceed.

We own our work

Every drawing and every recommendation carries our name. If we got something wrong, we say so and we fix it.

How we work

From first call to finished package

  1. STEP 1

    Conversation

A short call about what you need, what you have and when you need it. No charge.

  2. STEP 2

    Scope and quote

A written scope with deliverables, price and schedule, so both sides know exactly what is agreed.

  3. STEP 3

    Work and review

Regular check-ins and in-progress reviews, so feedback lands while it is still cheap to act on.

  4. STEP 4

    Delivery

Final models, drawings or recommendations, plus a plain summary of any open items or risks.
